Core records, entities, and events are immediately visible after write. There is no eventual-consistency lag between write and read for the structured store; once store returns, every subsequent retrieval sees the new state.

Before vs after

Before: a write returns success, but a follow-up read may briefly see stale state because the index lags behind the source of truth. After: writes commit and return only when the entity, observation, and relationship rows are durably written and visible to subsequent reads on the same connection.
